AIYA is Japan’s largest manufacturer of premium Matcha green tea (the champagne of teas). With over 130 years of experience in producing exquisite tea products, we set the benchmarks for tea products in the food industry year after year. For almost 20 years, AIYA Europe has been importing the finest Matcha teas for the European market. We not only make green teas, but we also think green – tea must be produced under the best environmental conditions. That’s why we were one of the first tea companies to start organic tea cultivation back in 1978. With over 40 years of experience in organic farming, we achieve a combination previously thought impossible: AIYA organic tea stands for the highest cleanliness and reliability while simultaneously reaching the high quality standards of conventional teas.

If both parties have a good feeling, you’ll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with your work environment and colleagues during a trial day.

The application video should be max. 2-3 minutes long and give us a first impression of you. So feel free to introduce yourself briefly and tell us why you would like to be part of our team. A simple recording with your phone or laptop is completely sufficient. Of course, there are no limits to your creativity in the design!
What does the minimum salary in the job postings mean?
In Austria, it is mandatory to specify a minimum salary. These are minimum salaries that can vary depending on qualifications and ultimately the position.
Can I choose whether I work in Vienna or Hamburg?
The positions are deliberately designated for either Vienna or Hamburg, based on the location of the respective departments. This setup ensures effective onboarding, communication, and collaboration.
